Why we built JumpHeroez

Parks invest heavily in equipment and then watch most guests visit once. The equipment isn’t the problem — there’s just nothing tying a visit to the next one. Every park we spoke to had the same shape of problem: strong opening months, then revenue that depends entirely on new faces walking through the door.

JumpHeroez was built to close that loop. Not by adding another attraction, but by connecting the ones a park already owns into a single game, with points, rankings and rewards that give a child a reason to ask their parents to go back.

How we work

We install around parks that stay open. We integrate equipment regardless of who manufactured it. We keep the technical work on our side, and we hand the park’s team a single dashboard. Support stays with us after go-live — we don’t hand over a system and disappear.

Where we are

Jumpilot AB is based in Malmö, Sweden, and works with parks across Europe. JumpHeroez is running today in trampoline parks and family entertainment centers in Poland.

  • 60%

    of park visitors play JumpHeroez

  • 90%

of players want to come back and keep playing

  • 0

    apps for guests to download

Measured inside the system in working parks — not survey answers.

Why parks choose us

Four reasons this works where loyalty schemes don’t.

  • No app, so people actually use it

Every competing scheme asks a parent to download something. We ask for a wristband scan.

  • It works with the kit you already own

We don’t sell you replacement attractions. We connect what’s on your floor today, whoever manufactured it.

  • The child asks, not the parent

Loyalty cards reward the person paying. Rankings and rewards motivate the person who decides where the family goes on Saturday.

  • We stay after go-live

Integration, installation, support and updates sit with us permanently. You never inherit a technical problem.

The people who run it every day

  • “Easy to use, easy to maintain. My team picked it up straight away and it hasn’t made more work for anyone.”

    Agnieszka PudełkoPark Manager · Bielsko-Biała
  • “It runs itself. No extra staff on the floor, and kids of every age take to it immediately.”

    Adrianna RutkowskaPark Manager · Wrocław

What happens after you go live.

  • One short training session

Your team learns the dashboard in a single sitting. No technical background, no manual to memorise.

  • Support that answers

Reach us at contact@jumpilot.com. We respond within one business day, and faster if something is affecting trading.

  • Updates handled by us

New features and fixes are deployed by our team. Nothing for you to install, schedule or approve.
