Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Jumpilot AB processes the personal data of people who visit the jumpilot.com website and use the contact form.

1. Data controller

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers only data processed in connection with use of the website and contact with Jumpilot AB.

It does not cover player data processed in the JumpHeroez system deployed in entertainment parks. That data is processed by the operator of the park as controller, with Jumpilot AB acting as processor under a separate data processing agreement (DPA).

3. What data we process, for what purpose and on what basis

4. Retention period

  • Correspondence from the contact form: for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry, and then for up to 24 months. If the contact leads to a contract – for the duration of the working relationship and any period required by law (e.g. tax law).
  • Server logs: for as long as is necessary for security purposes, normally no longer than 12 months.
  • Statistics: kept in aggregated form only, with no personal data.

5. Recipients of data and processors

To run the website we use external providers who process data on our behalf:

Transfers outside the EEA. Because the providers above are based in the USA, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place under appropriate safeguards compliant with Art. 46 GDPR – standard contractual clauses (SCC) and/or the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For people in Poland the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. The controller is established in Sweden, where the supervisory authority is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

8. Providing your data is voluntary

Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to handle an enquiry sent through the contact form. Without an e-mail address we will not be able to reply.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not take decisions by automated means and we do not use profiling that produces legal effects for users.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
